Spend your day on the sand at the beach, surfing waves in the ocean, or strolling around town dining, and shopping. For those who enjoy tennis or basketball, Hermosa Beach has the finest courts anywhere, a short bike away or even shorter drive. You can also enjoy the green grass and outdoor roller hockey rink at South Park. 24 Hour Fitness is also nearby or you can walk down the hill to the fabulous Pacific Ocean and beautiful white sands of Hermosa Beach! Forgot to buy something? Across the street is a small and convenient strip mall with 7/11, Subway, Frozen Yogurt, Bally's Fitness, Chase Bank, Massage Spot, Fantastic Sam's, Coffee Bean and Lindberg Nutrition, Wine store and if you gotta work 24/7 Kinko's. We are truly centrally located…walk or bike everywhere even the world famous Comedy and Magic club where Jay Leno performs every Sunday night!
The House itself is over 900 sq ft of living space on the 3rd and top floor of a well maintained condo complex. Outside patio deck with mountain views on clear days, open kitchen with breakfast bar for two opens to living and dining room. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. The living room has couch, ottoman and Samsung Electronics; blu-Ray, flat screen and receiver. Dining room has a 6 person solid teak table.
The house has mostly wood floors throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private full bath with a flat screen TV and Iphone plug in radio/cd player an Eastern King. The second bedroom has a flat screen with Xbox and Iphone compatible radio and a queen bed. The second bath is also a full bath.
One King, one Queen, Time Warner CABLE TV, Netflix account, CD player, M/W, DW, 2 CAR parking and 2 bicycles. On site Laundry area.
The vacation property is located in Hermosa Beach, CA, just a short drive (10-15 minutes) from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This free flowing city is located in Southern California and is part of LA County. It is nestled in between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. It is centrally located and close (30-45 minutes) to Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios, The Getty Center, Malibu and much more. It is about 3 hours or less to San Diego and Santa Barbara. The surrounding area is also called the
