Our Yellow Brick Home is your vacation oasis. Located in Gulf Shores off Fort Morgan Parkway (State Road 180) across from the Martinique on the Gulf development. Yet secluded on nearly 2 acres, the two largest lots in the Driftwoods Shores subdivision, and bordered by another three undeveloped lots for unrivaled privacy. The Gulf of Mexico and one-of-a-kind beaches of Fort Morgan / Gulf Shores are across the street. Down the street from the Beach Club, The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes resorts.
This 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath brick monolith sits high and dry. It's built to take whatever Mother Nature might serve so bring your own crab traps and a couple good fishing rods! The home features its own private white sand beach along 220' of the tranquil waters of Bon Secour Bay. There is over 3600 square feet of living area, nearly 1000 square feet of rear deck and screened front porch and a large 3 car garage with adjacent boat/carport.
The master bedroom, featuring a brick fireplace, has a king bed with bedroom suite, 4 bedrooms have queen beds, one has a bunk bed with twin bed on top, a full bed on the bottom and one of the four queen beds, and another has two twin beds. There is also a full-size baby crib.
There is Mediacom cable TV service to the Great Room with TVs and DVDs and/or VCRs in the master bedroom, 'kid's room' and two additional bedrooms. The Great Room features an XL 50' HDTV. The kitchen has all necessary “equipment” to cook and feed a party of 16 , including a high chair and baby bouncer. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs.
Additional beds/sleeping accommodations may be arranged for larger parties. We have many young children and have made this home a child-friendly home.
