Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms March - May rates: $205 per night Sun thru Thurs (2 night minimum) $255 per night on Fri and Sat (2 night minimum) $375 per night for holiday weekends (3 night minimum) $1500 per week (No Saturday arrival) $4800.00 per month (1st day of the month until the last day of the month Not including utilities) June - October rates: $225 per night Sun thru Thurs (2 night minimum) $275 per night Fri and Sat (2 night minimum) $375 per night for holiday weekends (3 night minimum) $1600 per week (No Saturday arrival) $5000 per month (1st day of the month until the last day of the month Not including utilities) Winter and Snowbird rates: $175 per night Sun thru Thurs (2 night minimum) $200.00 per night Fri and Sat (2 night minimum) $225 per night holidays (3 night minimum) $800 per week (No Saturday arrival) $2250 per month or $2000 per month two plus months (1st day of the month until the last day of the month, Not including utilities) All Rentals: - $1000 refundable security deposit is required on all rentals - $1500 refundable security deposit on all Holiday Weekends **$85 cleaning fee after any stay.
