You will find all of the comforts of home here in our thoughtfully furnished and decorated house. The family room has stunning views of the lake and includes a plasma TV, DVD/CD player, I-Pod dock and wood burning fireplace. Outside you will enjoy our large deck which is perfect for entertaining family and friends while sipping a wine from one of the many local wineries. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and open with a breakfast bar for two and a large dining table which seats up to ten.
The large master bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity. Relax in the sitting area with one of the books from our personal library, or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV with DVD player. There is private access from the master bedroom to the large view deck. The guest bedroom features a California king size bed along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with twin sized bunk beds.
Community Amenities
The house is conveniently located in the private residential area of the Wapato Point Resort. You are just steps away from the beautiful outdoor pool and a large grassy play area. All the amenities of Wapato Point are nearby and available for your use. The 100 acres of the resort include beautiful groomed grounds, docks and beaches, lighted tennis courts, putt-putt golf course and walking trails. The beach kiosk rents paddle boats, kayaks, jet skis and other outdoor equipment. The clubhouse features an indoor pool and equipped workout room.
The Lake Chelan area is less than 4 hours from Seattle and offers year round activities. Besides all sorts of lake activities, there are over 15 local wineries, excellent restaurants, several challenging golf courses, fishing and Slidewaters water park, all very close by. The majestic lake is the third deepest in the United States and extends 55 miles up into the Cascade mountain range. The trip to the head of the lake, Stehekin, accessible only by boat.
