"From guestbook: We had a wonderful week here. Looking out the window makes it easy to forget about things like your job, cutting the lawm, driving in traffic jams, etc. So peaceful and serence. As usual, everyone we met, in restaurants, stores, neighbors and especially Buz and Helen Beal of the model railroad, was so friendly. We enjoyed the Blueberry Festival in Machias, a puffin cruise out of Milbridge, and Roque Bluffs. Bought lobster 2 times at Bushey’s Rte 1 in Milbridge and at the coop, and clams at Atlantic Shellfish. Numerous yard sales, Eastport, Bar Harbor, walked out to the island other adventures! Everything we needed was available in the cottage and very handy. Thanks for the use of the phone card, nice addition. Thanks for the memories!"
