This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home is perfect for your family vacations at the beach. There are many custom features including, hardwood throughout the main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms, private pool, screened porch and beach views to die for. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home has easy access to the beach and gulf and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Please add 11% sales and occupancy tax. $150 cleaning and linens fee applies as does a $100 non refundable pet fee (if applicable). There is a $300 security deposit required with all stays.

"Let me begin by saying that I am not a regular beach vacationer. Our trip, April 9-16 was my first time at Cape San Blas and first beach trip in many years. But I fell in love!! With Cape San Blas, the home-Sunset Serenity and Sunset Reflections Vacation Homes. We loved EVERYTHING about the home. The kitchen is well stocked, nice dishes & glassware. There were no surprises. Everything was as pictured, as described and we are well pleased. The beds were very comfortable--which is surprising when it isn't "your" bed. I can't wait to go back. I spoke with Ann Anderson before we left about planning my next trip. The private pool is wonderful, the perfect size. The hot tub was a major plus. My husband, mom and dad enjoyed the hot tub. I loved floating in the pool, walking on the beach, collecting shells, photographing sunsets, dolphins and huge crabs in the water. We enjoyed horseback riding on the beach with Rockin M Ranch as well as a sunset cruise with Seahorse Water Safaris. Having two living areas was also great, kids watched dvds & guys watched ballgames. A wonderful notebook was provided with specific instructions and information to answer any questions about the home, electronics, what to do and see in the area. Everything about this trip surpassed my hopes and expectations. I could go on and on!"
