This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home is perfect for your family vacations at the beach. There are many custom features including, hardwood throughout the main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms, private pool, screened porch and beach views to die for. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home has easy access to the beach and gulf and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Please add 11% sales and occupancy tax. $150 cleaning and linens fee applies as does a $100 non refundable pet fee (if applicable). There is a $300 security deposit required with all stays.

"Our Family loved the stay at Sunset Serenity. The house was great, very clean. The kids loved getting in the pool, after the day at the beach. The outside shower was very handy. The hot tub was wonderful. Everything just as displayed in ads. We enjoyed the upstairs balcony every night. The sunsets were very beautiful. The stores had just about everything you may have forgotten. The only thing I feel they need is a couple more places close by to eat. The beach was wonderful. Not to many people. Just beautiful sand and water. All in all the best time ever."
