"My friend and I used to live in Monterey and this house was a place that we dreamed of living in. The location was perfect, right on the bay with speculator views. Loved being right across from the walking path and it was an easy walk to Lovers Point and to the shops in Pacific Grove. Fenced yard great for our dog. Garage was very nice to have also. We also had a great sideline seat for a 15/10 k race that took place while we were there. Loved sitting out on the deck in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoying the bay. Easy to get to all the sites we wanted to visit and to Big Sur"
